TikTok LIVE Assistant

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented TikTok LIVE Assistant to support daily livestream operations, including livestream preparation, product management, live session monitoring, and coordination with the host and operations team.

This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy working behind the scenes in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare products, equipment, and livestream setups before each session.
• Assist with product arrangement, pricing displays, and promotional materials.
• Monitor livestream sessions and help the host respond to product-related questions.
• Support product pinning, promotional activities, and order conversion according to company procedures.
• Monitor livestream performance and report technical issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the host and operations team to ensure smooth livestream execution.
• Assist with daily livestream records and basic performance reporting.
• Ensure the livestream area and equipment are properly maintained.

Requirements

• Responsible, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with TikTok are preferred.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn livestream tools and e-commerce processes.
• Previous experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
