TikTok LIVE Creator Manager — Team Splash Agency

Team Splash Agency is looking for a motivated, outgoing Creator Manager with TikTok LIVE experience and an active social media presence.

You’ll scout new talent, recruit creators, and help them develop as livestreamers through onboarding, coaching, and ongoing support. We’re looking for someone who understands LIVE culture, builds relationships easily, and takes initiative.

What you’ll do

• Scout potential creators through TikTok LIVE, video content, social media, and networking.
• Reach out to prospects, explain Team Splash’s benefits, and guide interested creators through joining.
• Onboard new creators and help them get connected through Discord.
• Coach creators on audience engagement, livestream structure, battles, and consistency.
• Help arrange battles, collaborations, and networking opportunities.
• Review creator performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain regular communication, follow up with recruits, and track creator progress.
• Learn and use TikTok Backstage to support recruitment and creator management.

Requirements

• Hands-on TikTok LIVE experience and an understanding of battles, gifting, and audience engagement.
• An active social media presence.
• Strong communication skills and confidence reaching out to new people.
• A motivated, organized approach with consistent follow-through.
• Ability to give constructive feedback and support creators at different experience levels.
• Reliable internet access and familiarity with Discord.

Preferred experience

Previous experience in recruiting, sales, community management, or creator coaching is a plus.

Pay: $30.00 - $200.00 per hour
