• Host exciting and engaging LIVE sessions across multiple channels, including TikTok, Shopee and other social commerce platforms.

• Become the face and voice of our brand by confidently showcasing products and helping customers discover solutions for better living.

• Connect naturally with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments and building an interactive LIVE community.

• Brainstorm and create fresh LIVE concepts, scripts, challenges and trending content to keep audiences engaged.

• Create short-form TikTok videos and promotional content to drive traffic to LIVE sessions and build your personal following.

• Stay updated on TikTok trends, viral sounds and social commerce best practices.

• Work closely with the Marketing, E-commerce and Creative teams to plan campaigns and deliver high-performing LIVE sessions.

✨ WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Confident, charismatic and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.

• A natural storyteller who knows how to capture attention within seconds.

• Multi-language speaker preferred, especially Bahasa Malaysia. English and other local languages are an advantage.

• Creative and passionate about producing engaging social media content.

• Sales-driven, with the ability to recommend products confidently and influence purchase decisions.

• Energetic, positive and enjoys interacting with people online.

• Disciplined, reliable and committed to delivering every LIVE session professionally and on time.

• Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and major campaign periods. Some LIVE sessions may run until 2:00 AM during major sales events.

• Passionate about TikTok, social commerce and building an online community.

• Previous experience as a TikTok LIVE Host, Content Creator or Livestream Host is an advantage — but personality, confidence and the ability to connect with an audience matter more than experience.
