Tiktok Live Host

About the role

We are looking for an energetic and confident TikTok Live Host to join our e-commerce livestreaming team in the Batu Caves / Kuala Lumpur area.

You will be responsible for hosting TikTok Shop livestreams, introducing and demonstrating products, interacting with viewers, answering customer questions, promoting special deals, and helping drive sales during live sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Host TikTok Shop livestream sessions in a professional and engaging manner
• Introduce, explain and demonstrate products clearly
• Interact with viewers and keep the livestream active and engaging
• Answer customer questions during live sessions
• Promote discounts, campaigns, vouchers and special deals
• Encourage viewers to place orders and improve sales conversion
• Learn product knowledge and prepare before livestream sessions
• Work closely with the livestream operations team to improve performance
• Follow livestream scripts, campaign plans and TikTok Shop guidelines

About you

• Confident, energetic and comfortable speaking in front of the camera
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia fluently
• Basic English communication skills are preferred
• Interested in TikTok, livestreaming, e-commerce and online sales
• Previous experience as a TikTok Live Host, livestream seller, promoter, retail salesperson or presenter is an advantage
• Fresh graduates and candidates without livestream experience are welcome to apply
• Willing to learn and able to work well as part of a team
• Able to work according to livestream schedules and shifts
