Dollar Jeans is an established independent clothing retailer based in Lincoln, selling a wide range of menswear, footwear, workwear and Big & Tall clothing both in-store and online.

Alongside our retail store, we're continuing to grow our online presence across platforms including TikTok Shop, eBay, Amazon and our own website.

We're now looking for a confident, energetic and charismatic TikTok Live Streamer / Sales Host to help take our TikTok LIVE sales to the next level.

The Role

You'll be one of the faces of Dollar Jeans during our TikTok LIVE streams, showcasing products, engaging with viewers and turning that engagement into sales.

Your role will include:

• Hosting engaging, fast-paced TikTok LIVE selling sessions
• Showcasing and selling clothing, footwear, workwear and accessories
• Demonstrating products and explaining their features, fit and value
• Talking confidently with viewers and building a loyal online community
• Creating excitement and urgency around products and special offers
• Encouraging viewers to purchase through TikTok Shop
• Answering customer questions throughout each LIVE
• Keeping streams energetic, entertaining and professional
• Working with our team to select and prepare products for upcoming streams
• Learning our product ranges so you can confidently recommend items
• Helping us test new ideas and formats to grow our TikTok presence
• Creating a fun atmosphere that keeps viewers watching and coming back

Working Hours

This role requires flexibility.

Many of our TikTok LIVE sessions will take place during evenings and weekends, when audiences are most active.

Streams may run for several hours at a time, so you'll need to be comfortable talking, presenting and maintaining your energy throughout a LIVE.

Both part-time and full-time applicants will be considered, and we're particularly interested in people who can offer regular evening and weekend availability.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience with TikTok LIVE, TikTok Shop, Whatnot or another live-selling platform would be a bonus, but it's not essential.

Personality and confidence are much more important.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Extremely confident and outgoing
• Naturally chatty and comfortable speaking to a camera
• Able to keep a conversation flowing for several hours
• Energetic, enthusiastic and entertaining
• Sales-driven and motivated by results
• Interested in clothing, fashion and footwear
• Comfortable encouraging customers to buy without sounding scripted
• Quick-thinking and able to respond naturally to viewers
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Comfortable using TikTok and social media
• Quick to learn about different products and brands
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends
• Able to travel reliably to our Lincoln store

You do not need to be an influencer or have a large social media following.

We're much more interested in your personality, confidence, work ethic and ability to sell.

The Ideal Person

You might be perfect for this role if you're the type of person who can pick up a jacket, pair of trainers or T-shirt and immediately start talking about it.

You need to be able to make products sound exciting, interact naturally with viewers, answer questions, create urgency and — most importantly — make people want to buy.

You cannot be shy on camera.

Our ideal TikTok LIVEs will be energetic, interactive and sales-focused, so we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and isn't afraid to show some personality.
