About the role

Develop and execute TikTok content strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives. Create, edit, and publish engaging short-form videos and other TikTok content while monitoring trends, viral content, and algorithm updates to maximize reach and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute TikTok content strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives
• Create, edit, and publish engaging short-form videos and other TikTok content
• Monitor TikTok trends, viral content, and algorithm updates to maximize reach and engagement
• Plan and maintain a content calendar for consistent posting
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce compelling campaigns
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages when necessary
• Track and analyze TikTok performance metrics and prepare regular reports with recommendations
• Ensure all content reflects the company's brand identity and marketing goals
• Perform other related marketing duties as assigned

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred
• At least one (1) year of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing and sales
• Strong knowledge of TikTok trends, features, algorithm, hashtags, and content strategies
• Experience in TikTok live/selling
• Keen to details with good communication skills
• Strong customer service
• Well organized, dependable and able to work effectively with diverse individuals
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop backend is an advantage
