Job Title: Tiktok Shop Community Manager

We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant experienced in community management and influencer/affiliate coordination to support our TikTok Shop operations.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and build relationships with TikTok influencers and affiliates.
• Manage and grow the Discord, WhatsApp channel for affiliates and influencers
• Manage collaborations, partnerships, and paid campaigns.
• Track influencer performance and report key metrics.
• Coordinate product samples, campaign timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain organized records of communication and collaborations.

Requirements:

• Experience in influencer or affiliate management (TikTok Shop experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple partnerships and follow up professionally.
• Familiarity with TikTok trends, creators, and social media engagement strategies.

Rate: $1000 USD

Schedule: Full-time, PST (40 hours/week)

Requirement: 1 year of related experience

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
