Tiktok Shop Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a TikTok Shop Manager to manage creator sourcing, affiliate roster performance, sample requests, TikTok Live activities, and performance reporting.

The role will focus on identifying and vetting qualified creators, managing the sample request pipeline, activating and supporting affiliates, and monitoring creator performance based on actual TikTok Shop results.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Sourcing & Vetting

• Identify creators in the home cooking, baking, sourdough, homesteading, and family kitchen niches through TikTok Shop Creator Center and the affiliate marketplace.
• Evaluate creator GMV history, recent video performance, audience quality, comment sentiment, and purchase intent before approving samples.
• Maintain a qualified creator pipeline with a documented reason for each approval or rejection decision.

Sample Queue Management

• Manage the full sample request queue, including approving, rejecting, or messaging creators.
• Screen out sample farmers before products are shipped.
• Track and report monthly sample-to-post conversion rates.

Creator Roster Activation & Performance

• Conduct outreach and structured follow-up with qualified creators.
• Re-activate affiliates who have received products but have not posted.
• Provide creators with specific hooks, formats, and content angles based on what is currently converting on the shop.
• Escalate top-performing creators for higher commission tiers or Target Collaboration deals.
• Monitor GMV concentration across the creator roster and flag excessive reliance on a single creator.

TikTok Live

• Source and recruit creators capable of selling through livestreams.
• Coordinate scheduling, product briefings, and post-live performance reviews.

Community & Reporting

• Support the private creator community, including onboarding, posting prompts, and creator questions.
• Track performance weekly and prepare monthly written summaries.
• Log activities and decisions in Notion to maintain clear visibility for the wider team.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center and Creator Center , including affiliate invitations, open vs. target collaborations, sample request management, and creator messaging.
• Demonstrated experience managing an affiliate roster on a live TikTok Shop, rather than outreach alone.
• Strong content judgment and the ability to assess whether a creator has the potential to drive product sales.
• Excellent written English for daily communication with US-based creators.
• Self-directed and highly organized, with the ability to manage a daily queue independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for full-time remote work.
