CONSISTENT WORK PIECE-RATE PAY YEAR-ROUND OPPORTUNITY

Dano’s Tile Installers is looking for experienced tile setters and established crews to join our growing company.

We have consistent, year-round residential remodeling work and are looking for skilled tradesmen who take pride in their work, can work independently, and want the opportunity to earn based on their skill and productivity.

PIECE-RATE PAY

Our primary opportunity is for experienced installers who prefer piece-rate pay.

Piece-rate allows skilled, productive installers to earn based on the work they complete rather than simply the hours they are on the clock.

Opportunities are available for:

• Individual tile setters
• Experienced installation crews
• Experienced subcontractors

We provide a steady flow of residential remodeling projects, including custom showers, large-format tile, backsplashes, floors, stone, and detailed layouts.

HOURLY EMPLOYEE OPTION

If piece-rate isn't for you, we also have hourly employee positions available.

THE WORK

Our projects include:

• Custom showers & waterproofing
• Large-format tile
• Floor tile & backsplashes
• Porcelain & natural stone
• Decorative layouts & patterns
• Kitchen & bathroom remodels
• Higher-end residential remodeling

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 3 years of professional tile installation experience.

We're looking for tradesmen who:

• Can complete tile installations independently
• Own their professional tile tools
• Have reliable transportation
• Show up on time and communicate well
• Take pride in quality workmanship
• Treat customers and their homes with respect
• Keep a clean, professional jobsite
• Can solve common jobsite issues without constant supervision

This is NOT an entry-level position.

We're looking for experienced installers who already know their trade.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS ARE A PLUS

Experience with drywall, framing, painting, cabinet installation, LVT, hardwood, or general remodeling is a plus.
