Tile mason

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tile Mason / Tiler to carry out tile installation, repair, replacement, and finishing works for floors, walls, bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas. The candidate should have strong practical skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality finishing work.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, repairing, and removing old tiles when required.
• Measure and mark areas accurately before starting tile installation.
• Install ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, mosaic, and other types of tiles.
• Cut and shape tiles using appropriate manual and power tools.
• Apply tile adhesive, cement mortar, and other fixing materials correctly.
• Maintain proper tile alignment, spacing, level, and slope.
• Install floor and wall tiles in bathrooms, kitchens, corridors, rooms, and common areas.
• Carry out grouting and sealant works and ensure neat finishing.
• Repair damaged, cracked, loose, or broken tiles.
• Remove and replace defective tiles without damaging surrounding surfaces.
• Ensure proper slopes for floors and wet areas to prevent water accumulation.
• Coordinate with plumbers and other trades when working around sanitary fixtures, drains, pipes, and electrical points.
• Carry out waterproofing-related preparation and tile works in wet areas as required.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Keep the work area clean and safe during and after completion.
• Follow all company safety procedures and site instructions.
• Report material requirements, defects, and site issues to the supervisor.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
