Job Summary

AOE Building Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced and skilled Tile Mason to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for tile installation, surface preparation, finishing, and related masonry works at construction and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Install ceramic, porcelain, marble, and other types of tiles on floors and walls.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring proper alignment before installation.
• Measure and mark areas accurately for tile installation.
• Cut tiles according to required dimensions and project specifications.
• Apply adhesives, cement, grout, and other required materials.
• Ensure proper tile alignment, spacing, leveling, and finishing.
• Repair, replace, and maintain damaged or loose tiles.
• Perform waterproofing-related preparation where required.
• Maintain proper finishing quality and minimize material wastage.
• Follow project drawings, specifications, and instructions from supervisors.
• Maintain tools and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Follow company and site safety procedures.
• Perform other duties related to tiling and masonry works as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Tile Mason in construction or contracting.
• Strong practical knowledge of tile installation and finishing.
• Ability to work with different types of tiles and surfaces.
• Good understanding of measurements, levels, and alignment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to work at construction/project sites.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
• Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
