Key Responsibilities

• Visit construction sites, dealers, architects, builders, contractors, and customers regularly.
• Generate new leads and identify potential customers in the assigned area.
• Promote company products and explain product features, pricing, and applications.
• Follow up with leads, quotations, samples, and pending orders.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, and other customers.
• Collect market information, competitor pricing, and customer feedback.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
• Maintain daily visit reports, lead records, and sales follow-up reports.
• Travel within the assigned territory for customer and site visits.

Requirements

• 12th pass / Graduate can apply.
• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: As per experience and skills.
• Sales incentives based on performance.
• Travel expenses/allowance as per company policy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
