Duties

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food delivery
• Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of servers, cooks, and support staff to achieve operational excellence
• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency and quality standards
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Conduct interviews and hiring processes to build a skilled and motivated team
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, proper food handling, and sanitation standards
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote outstanding customer service experiences
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability
• Implement training programs on food industry best practices, hospitality standards, and leadership skills

Requirements

• Proven supervising experience in restaurant management or similar food service roles
• Extensive food preparation, cooking, and kitchen experience within the food industry
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS; strong cash handling skills required
• Demonstrated team management abilities including interviewing, training, and performance coaching
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Experience with restaurant management software and hospitality tools; hotel or barista experience is a plus
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment
• Strong organizational skills to oversee restaurant operations efficiently
