Key Responsibilities by Business Unit

A. Construction & Building Projects

·         Surface Preparation: Inspect, clean, level, and waterproof subfloors and wall substrates using concrete screeds, self-leveling compounds, and waterproofing membranes.

·         Layout & Installation: Measure and mark layout grids to maximize tile symmetry; lay floor and wall tiles (porcelain, ceramic, marble, granite) for residential, commercial, and industrial spaces.

·         Precision Finishing: Cut, trim, and edge tiles accurately around drains, outlets, fixtures, and corners using wet saws, angle grinders, and tile cutters. Apply grout, caulking, and expansion joints.

B. Facade Engineering (Glass & Aluminum)

·         Exterior Cladding Integration: Install large-format porcelain slabs, stone tiles, and ventilated tile facades alongside glass curtain walls and aluminum composite panels (ACP).

·         Weatherproofing & Anchoring: Apply high-grade exterior adhesives, mechanical anchorage systems, and weather-resistant sealants to withstand structural expansion and exterior elements.

·         Transition Detailing: Ensure seamless, waterproof joints and clean transitions where tiled surfaces meet aluminum framing and glass assemblies.

C. Furniture Manufacturing & Custom Joinery

·         Tile-Inlaid Furniture: Execute precise tile and stone inlay installation on custom furniture products, such as dining table tops, reception counters, outdoor patio furniture, and decorative sideboards.

·         Substrate & Edge Banding: Prepare wood/MDF/metal furniture bases with appropriate bonding primers; perform detailed mitered/bevel edge cuts for flush metal or timber trims.

D. Property & Leasing Operations

·         Tenant Unit Renovation & Repair: Replace broken, cracked, or discolored tiles in commercial offices, retail outlets, and residential units during tenant turn-overs.

·         Preventive Maintenance: Re-grout, re-seal, and restore tiled floors, restrooms, lobbies, balconies, and common areas across leased properties.

·         Sub-Surface Leak Repair: Identify moisture issues beneath tiled wet areas (bathrooms/kitchens) and apply waterproof membranes prior to re-tiling.

E. Trading, Warehousing & Showrooms

·         Showroom Displays: Install and update mock-ups, tile display racks, and feature walls in trading retail centers and corporate showrooms.

·         Warehouse Floor Upkeep: Repair heavy-duty floor tiles, epoxy tile systems, and floor surfaces in high-traffic inventory bays and customer reception zones.
