Tilesetter needed for Tytan Tile

1 Vacancy Location: 75 Charolais Blvd. suite 1505 Brampton, ON L6Y 2R8 Canada

Duties and Responsibilities: As per NOC 73101- Tilesetter: Prepare, measure and mark surfaces to be covered, Mix, apply and spread mortar, cement, mastic, glue or other adhesives using hand trowel, Prepare rough plans and sketches, Set tiles in place and apply pressure to affix them to base, Align and straighten tiles, Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power cutting tools, Pack grout into joints between tiles and remove excess grout, Remove and replace cracked or damaged tiles, Lay and set mosaic tiles to create decorative wall, mural and floor designs, Cut, surface, polish and install marble and granite, Mix, lay and polish terra surfaces, Install tile strips.

Salary: $37.00 / hour for 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time Start Date: As soon as possible

Employment conditions: Flexible hours, Day, Weekend, Overtime available

Requirements / Skills: Languages: English

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
