  • Ensure all team members deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the client journey.

  • Manage client relationships, handling escalated enquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

  • Act as a visible presence on the shop floor, welcoming clients, providing information, and resolving queries as required.

Administration

  • Oversee the upload of pricing to the till system and the preparation of point-of-sale materials, including pricing signage, using information provided by the Account Manager.

  • Report customer feedback and sales insights to the management team to support the success of each sale event.

  • Ensure all cashiering documentation, reporting, and administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Cashier Manager, Retail Operations, or similar leadership role within a high-volume retail environment.

  • Proven experience leading, training, and motivating teams to deliver high standards of performance and customer service.

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience managing cash handling procedures and financial controls.

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and customer service skills.
