TIMBER ASSEMBLY AND BASIC UPHOLSTERY

Furniture Manufacturer (Bayswater, VIC)

We are a proudly Australian furniture manufacturer based in Bayswater, seeking a reliable and hands-on Assembly Employee to join our production team.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a local applicant looking for stable, ongoing work, with the potential to move into a full-time position for the right person.

The role involves assembling quality furniture in a fast-paced and physical environment, so being comfortable with manual tasks is important. Experience in a production, building, or manufacturing setting is an advantage, but not essential — we value a willingness to learn, teamwork, and a strong work ethic above all.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is respected and supported.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliability and commitment to consistent attendance
• Local applicants who can easily commute to Bayswater
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and perform hands-on work

Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
• Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
