Timber Frame Assembly Operative

We are seeking motivated and hardworking Timber Frame Assembly Operatives to join a busy production team specialising in timber frame construction team in Rosslare Wexford.

Responsibilities

Assemble timber frames, wall panels, gables and roof trusses according to specifications.

Use hand tools, power tools and woodworking equipment safely.

Operate nail guns and other assembly equipment where trained and authorised.

Measure, cut and position timber components accurately.

Follow production instructions and quality standards.

Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.

Meet daily production targets in a fast-paced factory setting.

Work independently and collaboratively with team members.

Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

Previous woodworking, carpentry or manufacturing experience is an advantage.

Familiarity with nail guns and woodworking tools is desirable.

Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills quickly.

Good communication skills and a good command of English.

Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Awareness of workplace health and safety is beneficial.

Training: Full training will be provided.

Working Hours: 39 hours per week, with overtime available.

Pay: €28,300.00-€45,500.00 per year
