Time Keeper - Building Construction

Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE, with strong knowledge of local labor practices and construction site operations.

Record daily attendance and working hours of all site personnel, including laborers, technicians, and subcontractors.

· Maintain accurate timesheets and verify them against work progress and site requirements.

· Coordinate with site supervisors, HR, and payroll teams to ensure accurate wage calculation and payment.

· Monitor overtime, leaves, and absenteeism, and report discrepancies promptly.

· Maintain organized records of personnel attendance for audits, labor inspections, and project documentation.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.

· Assist in generating reports on manpower utilization, attendance trends, and labor productivity.

Skills & Competencies

· Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

· High attention to detail and accuracy.

· Good communication and coordination abilities.

· Ability to handle sensitive payroll and attendance information confidentially.

· Computer skills (MS Excel; ERP Software knowledge).

Preferred

· Knowledge of UAE labor laws and site operational procedures.

· Immediate availability or short notice period.

· Support smooth coordination between the site team, HR, and project management for workforce management.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
