Time Keeper

• Record and update daily attendance records for all site employees and technicians.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of working hours, overtime, absences, leave, and shift schedules.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly timesheets and ensure their accuracy.
• Generate attendance and overtime reports for management review.
• Assist HR and Payroll teams to provide accurate attendance and overtime data.
• Verify attendance records and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized documentation and employee timekeeping records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and site attendance procedures.
• Support workforce planning by providing timely manpower attendance updates.
• Handle attendance tracking for a large workforce in a fast-paced site environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Site Timekeeper, preferably managing attendance for 500+ technicians.
• Experience working in construction, manufacturing, industrial, or other site-based environments.
• Strong knowledge of attendance management, timesheets, overtime calculations, and payroll inputs.
• Proficient in MS Excel, including data tracking, reporting, and basic formulas.
• Ability to handle large volumes of employee records with high accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with site teams, supervisors, HR, and Payroll.
• Ability to identify and resolve attendance discrepancies efficiently.
