Time Keeper

• Biometric & Card Attendance: Manage daily biometric fingerprint/face recognition clocks and RFID card swipes for all direct labor and site staff.

• Morning Muster Verification: Conduct physical morning site gate counts and muster verifications, reconciling clock-in figures with foremen gang lists.

• Overtime Control & Auditing: Record, verify, and cross-check pre-approved overtime authorizations against actual site security exit logs.

• Labor Allocation Tracking: Track labor hours deployed against specific project cost codes and work breakdown structures (WBS).

• Leave & Absence Management: Process and record sick leave, emergency leave, medical clinic visits, and unauthorized absences.

• Subcontractor Headcount Verification: Record daily subcontractor headcounts entering site gates for commercial and safety headcount auditing.

• Payroll Data Submission: Compile verified monthly timesheet summaries and export attendance data into the corporate HR/payroll system.

• Camp & Transport Coordination: Coordinate labor transportation bus schedules between worker accommodations and project sites with logistics foremen.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree; 3+ years construction timekeeping experience.

• Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in ERP attendance software, biometric hardware systems, and MS Excel.

• Professional Licenses / Certifications: None mandatory.

• Required UAE / GCC Construction Experience: 3–6 years in timekeeping with UAE construction contractors managing workforces exceeding 300+ operatives.
