Time Keeper

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Timekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking, verifying, and managing employee attendance and work hours to ensure accurate payroll processing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to maintain complete confidentiality while ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Time & Attendance Tracking: Monitor and record daily employee check-ins, check-outs, breaks, and shift rotations using our digital time-tracking systems.
• Timesheet Verification: Review, reconcile, and approve weekly and monthly timesheets, identifying and resolving any missing punches or scheduling discrepancies.
• Payroll Support: Compile and submit finalized time attendance data to the payroll department within strict deadlines to guarantee accurate compensation.
• Absence & Leave Management: Track and document employee sick leaves, annual vacations, unpaid time off, and overtime hours in accordance with company policy.
• Reporting & Compliance: Generate regular attendance and labor utilization reports for management, ensuring all records comply with regional labor laws.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
