Time Keeper

Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated, detail-oriented, and responsible Time Keepers to join our catering operations team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining accurate attendance records, monitoring employee working hours, tracking overtime, and preparing daily attendance reports for a large workforce.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in catering, hospitality, manpower, facilities management, or large-scale workforce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily attendance records for a large number of employees.
• Record employee check-in and check-out times accurately.
• Monitor late arrivals, absences, early departures, and overtime hours.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, HR, and operations teams regarding attendance discrepancies.
• Verify timesheets and overtime records before payroll processing.
• Maintain proper records of employee deployment across catering sites and projects.
• Report attendance irregularities and missing records to management.
• Ensure attendance records are updated accurately and submitted on time.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and attendance data.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Time Keeper, Attendance Clerk, or in a similar role is preferred.
• Experience handling attendance for a large workforce is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel are required.
• Strong numerical, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily reporting deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• High level of accuracy, honesty, and attention to detail.
• Experience in catering, hospitality, or manpower operations is an added advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
