Time Keeper

• Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of employee attendance, working hours, timesheets, leave records, and daily manpower reports.
• Monitor biometric attendance, overtime, and discrepancies to ensure accuracy, accountability, and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and verify daily man-hour allocation reports, ensuring accurate manpower deployment and reporting.
• Generate and distribute timely reports on employee working hours, overtime, and leave balances to support management decision-making.
• Coordinate with HR, Production, and Accounts to verify payroll inputs, resolve attendance and payroll discrepancies, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain and update timekeeping systems, ensuring accurate data entry and efficient processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Higher Secondary / Intermediate qualification required; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in timekeeping, payroll or HR, preferably in manufacturing or other industries with complex work schedules.
• Strong MS Excel, data analysis, and reporting skills.
• Experience with FACTS HRMS / FACT ERP or similar timekeeping and payroll systems is an added advantage.
• Payroll or timekeeping certification, such as CPP or FPC, is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
