Timekeeper

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Timekeeper to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately recording employee work hours, monitoring attendance, preparing timesheets, and supporting payroll and manpower reporting. This role plays an important part in maintaining accurate labor records and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate daily records of employee attendance, working hours, and manpower deployment.
• Prepare, review, and verify timesheets for payroll processing.
• Monitor and record overtime, absences, late arrivals, undertime, and shift changes.
• Coordinate with supervisors and site personnel to verify attendance and manpower allocation.
• Prepare daily and weekly labor utilization and attendance reports for project management.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll coordination, and other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Timekeeper, Payroll Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is preferred.
• Experience in the construction or related industry is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining employee records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using payroll, attendance, or timekeeping systems.
• Able to coordinate effectively with supervisors, workers, and administrative personnel.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction site environment.
• Reliable, organized, and able to handle confidential employee information responsibly.
