- Bachelor's degree and/or with further studies in HR or related fields is a plus.
- Strong Organizational skills and attention to details.
- Honest, reliable and able to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
- Ability to work on-site and monitor multiple personnel effectively.
- Punctual and adheres to company work-schedules on site.
- Willing to be assigned outside Metro Manila and in provinces
Responsibilities:
- Record and monitor daily attendance
- Monitor overtime and undertime
- · Prepare time records and reports
- . Coordinate with payroll for timekeeping requirements
- Respond to inquiries and escalations regarding attendance disputes.
- Assist with other HR- related admin tasks as needed.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned.
