TIMEKEEPER

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Timekeeper to manage employee attendance, timesheets, and payroll-related records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain daily employee attendance and timesheets.
• Monitor and verify attendance on a day-to-day basis.
• Prepare accurate timesheet records for payroll processing.
• Coordinate daily with Supervisors regarding attendance, absences, and overtime.
• Coordinate closely with the Operations and HR Departments.
• Coordinate with Camp Bosses to verify employee attendance and camp-related records.
• Follow up on missing or incorrect attendance records and ensure timely corrections.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee attendance records.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Timekeeper / Senior Timekeeper, preferably in manpower supply, facility management, or a similar industry.
• Good knowledge of attendance and timesheet management.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and payroll-related documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Qatar Driving Licence is an advantage.
