Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Industry: MEP / Construction
We are looking for an experienced Timekeeper to manage employee attendance, working hours, overtime, and timesheets across project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily attendance and timesheet records.
- Monitor biometric attendance and employee punch locations.
- Track overtime, absences, late arrivals, and leave.
- Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and HR.
- Conduct site visits to verify employee attendance.
- Prepare daily/monthly attendance and overtime reports.
- Report attendance irregularities and policy violations.
Requirements
- MEP / Construction experience as a Timekeeper or Attendance Officer.
- Good knowledge of biometric systems and timesheets.
- Strong Excel and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work across multiple project sites.
