What they need
- Attendance Tracking: Monitor daily time-ins, time-outs, late arrivals, undertime, and absences.
- Timesheet Verification: Review employee Daily Attendance, biometric logs, or digital entries to fix missing data or errors.
- Leave Management: Track and update records for vacation, sick leaves, and authorized time-off requests.
- Payroll Preparation: Compile and compute total work hours, overtime, and deductions, then submit clean reports to the payroll or finance team.
- Labor Compliance: Ensure tracking aligns with company policies and local labor standards (such as Philippine labor codes regarding overtime and rest days
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
