Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Timekeeper to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the construction industry and be responsible for maintaining accurate attendance, timesheets, and workforce records.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily attendance records for employees and site workers.
• Record and monitor working hours, overtime, absences, and leave.
• Prepare daily and monthly timesheets and attendance reports.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and HR regarding employee attendance and manpower records.
• Verify timesheets and ensure accurate data entry.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of attendance records.
• Assist with payroll-related attendance and overtime calculations.
• Monitor workforce movements and maintain accurate manpower records.
• Perform other timekeeping and administrative duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Timekeeper in the construction industry is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of attendance and timesheet procedures.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a construction site environment.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
