Timekeeper (Construction Site)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Timekeeper to join our construction site team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have experience in monitoring workforce attendance, maintaining accurate timesheets, and preparing manpower reports on construction projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and record daily attendance of site workers, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of working hours, overtime, absences, and leave.
• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly timesheets.
• Track manpower deployment across different construction activities and work locations.
• Prepare daily manpower reports and submit them to site management and the HR department.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and foremen to verify attendance and working hours.
• Maintain records of employee transfers between construction sites.
• Monitor employee punctuality and report attendance discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and organized attendance records and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Timekeeper, preferably in the UAE construction industry.
• Previous experience working on construction sites is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of attendance tracking, timesheets, and manpower reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with site supervisors and workers.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
• Candidates available to join immediately or on short notice will be preferred.
