Timetable and Teaching Services Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Timetable and Teaching Services Officer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to play a key role in supporting the coordination of academic staff, class scheduling, and education service delivery.

Your day to day will consist of:

• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth timetable and teaching service delivery each term.
• Maintain accurate academic staff availability and eligibility records for permanent and casual staff.
• Allocate teaching staff to classes based on approved availability and eligibility data.
• Develop, maintain, and publish teaching timetables aligned with course schedules and room availability.
• Work closely with the Timetabling team to support room allocations, bookings, and timetable scheduling, helping to maximise space utilisation and minimise clashes.
• Collaborate with academic and professional teams to achieve organisational objectives.
