Responsibilities

• Perform tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs with precision and efficiency
• Conduct oil changes and fluid top-offs using appropriate tools and techniques
• Assist with basic vehicle inspections to identify potential mechanical issues
• Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance tasks
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering questions
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized work area adhering to safety standards
• Support sales efforts by recommending additional services or products when appropriate

Requirements

• Prior dealership or automotive repair experience would be an asset but not necessary
• Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, tires, and lubricants is essential
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance procedures
• Ability to lift heavy tires or equipment repeatedly throughout the shift
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety protocols diligently
• Basic understanding of automotive repair processes; ongoing training will be provided
