Duties

• Perform tire rotations, replacements, balancing, and alignment services to optimize vehicle safety and handling
• Conduct oil changes and automotive fluid replacements efficiently using standard hand tools and power tools
• Assist with minor mechanical repairs such as brake inspections, belt replacements, and other vehicle maintenance tasks
• Diagnose basic automotive issues using automotive diagnostics tools to identify necessary repairs or services
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions confidently
• Support the team with heavy lifting of tires and vehicle components to ensure safety and efficiency during service procedures

Requirements

• Dealership or automotive repair shop experience preferred; familiarity with standard passenger cars is essential
• Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools for vehicle maintenance
• Experience with automotive diagnostics, fluid replacement, tire service, and minor mechanical repairs
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper technique during tire installation or other tasks
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures including oil changes, alignments, and basic mechanical repairs
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and the ability to follow safety protocols diligently
