Tire and Lube Technician

**Overview:** We are seeking an experienced and skilled Tire & Lube Technician to join our team. As a Tire & Lube Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' vehicles are properly maintained and serviced. This is an entry-level position that requires a strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance, as well as excellent customer service skills. **Duties:** - Perform routine oil changes and lubrication services on vehicles - Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential issues - Diagnose and repair tire problems, including tire rotations and balancing - Use heavy lifting equipment to lift and move vehicles - Utilize mechanical knowledge to complete repairs and maintenance tasks - Demonstrate sales skills to promote additional services and products - Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards - Collaborate with other technicians to ensure seamless service - Keep accurate records of work completed, including notes and recommendations for future service **Skills:** - Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with automotive service and repair - Familiarity with dealership operations and procedures - Ability to lift heavy objects and operate heavy lifting equipment - Excellent communication and sales skills - Experience with automotive diagnostics and repair - Knowledge of tire service and maintenance procedures - Ability to align and balance tires - Physical stamina to perform tasks that require heavy lifting and standing for extended periods - High attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently - Strong customer service skills and ability to provide excellent customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with automotive repair software and technology - Ability to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.61 - $18.50 per hour
