Join our dynamic team as a Tire Service Advisor, where you will be the friendly face guiding customers through their tire and automotive service needs. As a Tire Service Advisor, you’ll be instrumental in delivering a positive experience, promoting additional services through upselling, and supporting the overall success of our dealership.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle needs related to tires and basic automotive services
• Provide expert advice on tire selection, maintenance, and replacement options tailored to each customer’s driving habits and vehicle specifications
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Upsell additional automotive services and products to maximize customer value and dealership revenue
• Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and manage invoices efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of service orders, customer interactions, and sales activities
• Educate customers on proper tire care, safety tips, and recommended maintenance schedules

Requirements

• Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is highly preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Proven ability to upsell services while maintaining integrity and transparency
• Experience with sales processes and cash handling procedures
• Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and tire products is advantageous

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
