Automotive apprenticeship duties, tire repairs, installations, shipping & receiving, deliveries and shop maintenance are the main responsibilities. Responsibilities

• Assist in removing and installing tires using hand tools and power tools with precision and care
• Perform tire balancing, rotation, and inspection to ensure optimal vehicle performance
• Support the team in performing basic vehicle maintenance and repairs as directed by senior technicians
• Use mechanical knowledge to identify tire issues and communicate findings clearly to customers or supervisors
• Handle heavy lifting of tires and related equipment safely to meet operational demands
• Receiving deliveries, organizing warehouse
• Delivering tires
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering basic questions about tire care

Experience

• Previous tire or mechanic experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic automotive equipment is beneficial
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during tire installation or removal tasks
• Familiarity with automotive maintenance procedures enhances your potential for growth in this role

Pay: $17.60-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
