Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable, motivated Tire Technician to join our automotive service team. This is a hands-on, entry-level position with opportunities to learn additional automotive skills and advance into roles such as Lube Technician, Alignment Technician, or Service Advisor.

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, is willing to learn, works well with a team, and takes pride in providing safe, quality service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Install, remove, repair, rotate, and balance tires
• Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation
• Safely lift and lower vehicles using shop equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform basic vehicle and tire inspections
• Follow company safety procedures and service standards
• Assist other technicians as needed
• Communicate vehicle concerns to the service team
• Provide professional and courteous customer service when interacting with customers

Qualifications

• Automotive or tire experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn and develop new automotive skills
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment
• Able to perform physical automotive work, including lifting tires and using shop equipment
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Basic mechanical ability and attention to detail
