Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and a passion for automotive repair. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of tires for various vehicles. Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive top-notch service and their vehicles are safe and road-ready.

Responsibilities

• Install, balance, and rotate tires on various types of vehicles.
• Perform tire repairs and replacements as needed.
• Conduct inspections to assess tire condition and recommend necessary services.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Assist in sales by recommending additional services or products related to tire maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge, particularly in automotive repair.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
• Sales experience is a plus, particularly in a dealership or automotive environment.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during tire installation and maintenance tasks.
