Responsibilities

• Perform tire installation, rotation, balancing, and repair services.
• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes and alignments.
• Utilize automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Assist in sales of tires and related products, promoting additional services as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
• Keep accurate records of services performed on vehicles.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for tire servicing tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Experience as a service technician is a plus, along with familiarity with automotive diagnostics.
