We are seeking a dependable and motivated Tire Technician to join our growing automotive service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tire installation, balancing, rotations, repairs, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and repair passenger, light truck, commercial and agricultural tires
• Perform tire rotations, inspections, and seasonal tire changeovers
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and safety concerns
• Maintain accurate service records and work orders
• Operate tire-changing and balancing equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with shop organization, inventory management, and housekeeping
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards
• Support team members in delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

Required:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Preferred:

• Automotive Service Technician apprenticeship or certification is an asset
• Previous tire or automotive service experience
• Knowledge of passenger, light truck, and commercial tires
• Experience operating tire service equipment
