Duties

• Perform tire inspections to identify wear, damage, or punctures and determine necessary repairs or replacements
• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires using hand tools and power tools with precision and care
• Conduct wheel alignments and perform basic vehicle maintenance related to tires and suspension systems
• Assist customers by explaining tire options, recommending suitable products, and answering questions about vehicle care
• Use heavy lifting techniques to handle tires safely and efficiently during installation or removal
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools are properly stored and equipment is in good working order
• Support sales efforts by promoting tire packages, maintenance plans, and related automotive products

Experience

• Previous dealership experience or automotive mechanic background highly preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, especially tires, wheels, and suspension components
• Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, tire irons, and lug wrenches; familiarity with power tools is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Experience in automotive repair or maintenance roles that involve tire installation or related services is desirable
• Knowledge of sales techniques to effectively recommend products and services that meet customer needs

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
