Responsibilities

• Install, remove, and repair tires on a variety of vehicles, including passenger cars and light trucks
• Perform tire rotations, balancing, and alignment services to optimize vehicle handling and safety
• Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify mechanical issues related to tires and suspension systems
• Replace automotive fluids such as oil, coolant, and transmission fluid as part of routine maintenance
• Assist with minor mechanical repairs including brake work, wheel alignments, and other vehicle maintenance tasks
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete service procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and recommending appropriate maintenance solutions
• Lift heavy tires and equipment safely to prevent injury while maintaining productivity standards

Experience

• Dealership experience or prior work in an automotive service environment is highly preferred
• Proven mechanic experience with a solid understanding of standard passenger car operation
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical repair, and vehicle maintenance practices
• Familiarity with tire service equipment, alignment procedures, and automotive fluid replacement techniques
• Hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools in a professional setting
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during tire installation or replacement tasks
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
