Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on automotive or tire service experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, rotate, and install tires for passenger and light truck vehicles
• Perform flat tire repairs and assess tire damage for repairability
• Inspect tires and wheels for defects, wear, and warranty-related issues
• Check and adjust tire pressures according to manufacturer specifications
• Re-torque wheels as required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate tires when required

Additional Duties

• Cross-train in other roles within 1010TIRES.COM to support growth and development
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to team members when needed
• Support general shop and operational tasks as required

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tire and wheel installation (required)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform tire-related tasks efficiently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$21.50 per hour
