We are seeking an experienced Tire Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience servicing and repairing over-the-road (OTR) truck tires and be committed to providing safe and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, replace, and maintain over-the-road truck tires.
• Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotations, and repairs.
• Conduct tire inspections and identify wear patterns or safety concerns.
• Respond to service calls and roadside tire repairs as needed.
• Maintain service vehicles, tools, and equipment in a safe and clean condition.
• Complete service documentation accurately and timely.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work effectively with drivers, customers, and team members.

Qualifications

• Experience working with over-the-road truck tires required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• CDL preferred, but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
