Responsibilities

• Perform tire services including mounting, balancing, rotation, repair, and replacement with attention to detail and safety standards.
• Conduct oil changes and automotive fluid replacements efficiently while ensuring all vehicle systems are properly maintained.
• Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as brake inspections, belt replacements, and minor mechanical repairs.
• Use hand tools and power tools to perform alignment checks and adjustments to ensure optimal vehicle handling.
• Diagnose common automotive issues using basic automotive diagnostics tools and communicate findings clearly.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance needs when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.

Requirements

• Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and familiarity with automotive diagnostics is essential.
• Experience with automotive fluid replacement, oil changes, tire service, and minor mechanical repairs is required.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and alignment equipment safely and effectively.
• Physical ability for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and performing manual tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude toward teamwork and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of automotive maintenance procedures including tire rotation, balancing, alignment, and general vehicle repair.

Pay: $9.00 - $14.00 per hour
