Title Clerk – Pollard Friendly Ford

Pollard Friendly Ford is hiring an experienced, dependable Title Clerk to join our team.

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual who understands the importance of accuracy and timely processing in a busy automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will have dealership title experience and be comfortable working with customers, lenders, government agencies, and dealership personnel.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles and registrations accurately and promptly
• Prepare and submit title paperwork for new and used vehicle sales
• Process vehicle payoffs, liens, and lien releases
• Verify all title documents for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain title records and follow up on outstanding titles
• Process out-of-state title and registration paperwork
• Work with lenders, customers, and appropriate state agencies to resolve title issues
• Maintain organized and accurate records
• Assist the accounting office with related administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership title experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable working with computers and dealership management systems
• Dependable, professional, and able to work well as part of a team
