TITLE CLERK

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the titling process for new and used vehicles, billing car deals accurately, and registering F&I products efficiently. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage the titling of new and used vehicles in compliance with state regulations.
• Prepare and handle billing for car deals, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Register Finance & Insurance (F&I) products and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with dealerships, finance companies, and state agencies to ensure smooth title transfers.
• Maintain organized records of all transactions and titles.
• Assist with resolving any title or registration issues as they arise.

Required Skills

• Experience with titling new and used vehicles.
• Proficient in billing car deals accurately.
• Knowledge of registering F&I products.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
