Title Clerk

Capital Auto Auction is looking for a title clerk. Position is full-time Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Process documents for state registration, follow the proper procedure, and ensure title documents are completed.

• Check for completeness and signature on all required parts of forms during vehicle check-in process.

• Maintain a professional, calm manner when negotiating for difficult or upset customers.

• Answer phones and provide information for customers.

• Scheduling and confirming information for vehicle pickups.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Highly organized

• Willingness to take initiative

• Ability to multitask

• Valid Driver’s License

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Willing to train the right person

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
