Bloom with Narelle

What if you’re not looking for another job: What if you’re not looking for another job, you’re looking for something different?
You may have spent years building experience, developing your skills and becoming very good at what you do.
But that doesn’t mean the next chapter has to look exactly like the last one.
I’m looking to connect with experienced professionals who are curious about creating greater flexibility and choice in how they work, while continuing to learn, contribute and challenge themselves.
This may particularly suit people who have worked in education, management, training, professional services or other people-focused environments.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll work independently within the personal development and leadership education space, using established online systems and digital marketing strategies to connect with people exploring their own personal and professional growth.
You’ll communicate with prospective participants, follow a structured process and participate in ongoing training and mentoring.
You may be a good fit if you:

Have strong communication and people skills

Are comfortable working independently

Enjoy learning and personal development

Are self-motivated and willing to learn new systems

Value flexibility and greater control over how you organise your working life

Bring professional and life experience and are ready to use it in a different way

What’s provided

Established online systems and processes

Ongoing training and mentoring

Personal and professional development

A supportive professional community

Flexible remote working

This is not a traditional salaried position. It is an independent, performance-based opportunity for people comfortable taking responsibility for their own activity and results.
The first step is a brief introductory conversation to see whether there is a mutual fit.
